As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping advanced production equipment running safely and efficiently. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment
• Preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, pneumatic systems, and production machinery
• Working from electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
• Diagnosing equipment failures and minimizing downtime
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with plant standards
  

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:

• 2+ years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Comfortable using a multimeter
• Experience working with 480V, 3-phase electrical systems
• Willingness to work nights and 12-hour shifts
• PLC exposure or industrial controls familiarity
  

Nice-to-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Military maintenance backgrounds strongly encouraged
• Navy: EM, MM, FC
• Aviation Electrician
• Similar MOS / AFSC experience
• Food manufacturing, packaging, or high-speed production experience
