DescriptionAs a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a critical role in keeping advanced production equipment running safely and efficiently. You’ll troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical equipment
- Preventive maintenance on motors, conveyors, pneumatic systems, and production machinery
- Working from electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation
- Diagnosing equipment failures and minimizing downtime
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in compliance with plant standards
Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
- 2+ years of electro-mechanical maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable using a multimeter
- Experience working with 480V, 3-phase electrical systems
- Willingness to work nights and 12-hour shifts
- PLC exposure or industrial controls familiarity
Nice-to-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Military maintenance backgrounds strongly encouraged
- Navy: EM, MM, FC
- Aviation Electrician
- Similar MOS / AFSC experience
- Food manufacturing, packaging, or high-speed production experience
