Position Details:
Title: Service Manager
Location: Ledgewood, NJ
Shift or Travel: Generally M–F; flexible hours/days depending on client needs. Travel up to 10%, occasional overnight.
Compensation: $85K–$100K based on experience

Position Description:
The Service Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to clients, leading a team of service professionals, and ensuring that customer expectations are met or exceeded. Key responsibilities include:
• Hiring, training, and performance management of the service team
• Developing and implementing consistent service policies and procedures
• Monitoring service metrics such as response/resolution time and customer satisfaction
• Coordinating with other departments to align service delivery with company goals
• Managing service budgets, forecasting, and expense tracking
• Identifying and implementing technologies or processes to improve service delivery
• Handling escalated customer issues and ensuring timely resolution
• Conducting regular team performance reviews and providing coaching and mentoring


Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in service management or a related field (route support/sales)
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and problem-solving ability
• Customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to relocate will accelerate promotion potential
