Shift or Travel:
Travel approximately 50%–75% overnight. Typical job duration is 3–5 days, with 3 weeks of travel per month and 1 week working from home. When not traveling, duties include paperwork, remote technical support, and assisting with housing loadouts. Most jobs are within driving distance, with occasional travel across the U.S. (home on weekends).
Compensation:
$30/hr–$37/hr depending on location and experience
Bonuses/Additional Compensation:
• Approx. 15% O/T annually, paid at 1.5x

Position Description
The Field Service Technician provides onsite service, technical support, and training to customers. This includes commissioning new equipment, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair of existing equipment. Additional responsibilities include remote support and accurate documentation of all service work performed. Initial training will take place at the Tulsa, OK headquarters, followed by on-the-job training alongside senior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Commission new systems and maintain existing installations
• Program and integrate building automation control systems
• Work on multiple control systems across varying customer sites
• Maintain clear and courteous communication with customers
• Document service activities in Field Service Reports (FSRs)
• Replace failed system components including controllers, relays, and wiring
• Verify devices, panels, annunciators; ensure timely software backups
• Accurately complete all required paperwork and time reporting
Requirements
• Strong electrical, electronic, and/or mechanical aptitude
• Experience with:
– Troubleshooting AC/DC motors, industrial controls, compressors, backup generators
– Electrical testing equipment (volt meters, amp meters, oscilloscopes, etc.)
– Reading and interpreting electrical/electronic diagrams
– AC power circuitry (120VAC), breakers, multi-phase systems
• Must be service-minded and customer-focused
• Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
• Valid driver’s license
