Base Pay: $28 – $32/hr ($58,240 – $66,560 annually)
Average OT (20–25%): $17,472 – $24,960
Shift Differential (2nd Shift): $2,080 – $2,600
Quarterly Bonus Initiative: $1,200 – $1,600

Position Description
In this role, you will report directly to the Plant Manager and be responsible for all facility and equipment maintenance related to production, warehousing, and shipment preparation activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain operational efficiency of all electrical and mechanical systems through inspections and repairs
Collaborate with production personnel and management to troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance
Lead Preventive & Predictive Maintenance (PM/PdM) initiatives to increase reliability
Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and uphold related quality standards
Support and promote safety throughout the production line
Obtain certifications: OSHA 10-Hour, NFPA 70E, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and First Aid/CPR
Oversee and coordinate contractor work, ensuring safety and project execution
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of company facilities
Operate a forklift and front-end loader as needed
Requirements
Strong electromechanical maintenance background
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience preferred
Either strong electrical or mechanical skillset, with the ability to cross-train
Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant military experience
Ability to follow standard operating procedures
Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills
Skills in fabrication, welding, pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs are a plus
Flexibility to work nights/weekends as needed
Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
