Description
Seeking Equipment Technicians I,II, & III to support the maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability of our high-volume automated solar manufacturing lines. These positions play a critical role in minimizing downtime and ensuring peak equipment performance across advanced robotics and production systems. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically and electrically inclined professionals looking to grow within advanced manufacturing and clean energy production

What You'll Do

  • Perform preventative maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment and facility systems
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and automation-related equipment issues
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and eliminate potential equipment failures
  • Repair and maintain production equipment to maximize uptime and reliability
  • Document maintenance activities, repairs, and operational records accurately
  • Assist with equipment installation, alignment, and startup activities
  • Support troubleshooting and repair efforts for new and existing equipment
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations and Engineering teams to improve production efficiency

Must Have Qualifications

  • 2+ years of maintenance or equipment technician experience in a manufacturing, industrial, semiconductor, automotive, food production, or related environment
  • Mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting experience
  • Ability to read and use basic tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment
  • Experience working with pneumatic systems and industrial machinery
  • Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, or rotating schedules
  • Strong attention to safety and detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Nice to Have Qualifications
  • Technical degree, military technical training, or trade certification in electrical, mechanical, mechatronics, automation, or industrial maintenance
  • Experience in solar, semiconductor, battery, or high-volume automated manufacturing
  • PLC troubleshooting or automation experience
  • Robotics maintenance experience
  • Experience with conveyors, motors, sensors, drives, or servo systems
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems
  • Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices
  • Military veterans with electrical/mechanical maintenance backgrounds are encouraged to apply
