Description
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, servicing, and supporting a variety of industrial equipment at customer sites. This is a highly customer-facing role where you will serve as the primary technical representative in the field, ensuring strong customer relationships and reliable equipment performance.

A typical day includes diagnosing and resolving customer technical issues, performing equipment installations, repairing or troubleshooting out-of-service units, and proactively identifying ways to eliminate future operational or service challenges. Each customer site presents unique technical conditions, requiring adaptability, strong problem-solving skills, and independent decision-making.


Key Responsibilities
  • Install and commission equipment at customer locations
  • Investigate and resolve customer technical issues in the field
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electromechanical systems
  • Perform component-level repairs and system diagnostics
  • Interpret wiring diagrams and track electrical circuits
  • Work with servos, motors, and control components
  • Use multimeters and diagnostic tools to isolate faults
  • Provide professional, customer-focused on-site support
  • Identify and correct potential future equipment issues
  • Document service activities and communicate findings clearly
  • Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicle
  • Adapt to varying customer environments and technical challenges

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting background
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
  • Experience with circuit tracking, servos, and motors
  • Component-level repair experience
  • Proficient use of multimeters and diagnostic tools
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to travel extensively and work independently
