Description
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial production equipment and facility systems in a manufacturing environment. This role supports electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, robotic, PLC, and vision systems to ensure reliable plant operations and equipment uptime.
The technician will perform a wide range of maintenance activities while supporting automation systems, robotics, and process improvements within the facility.


Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education
• Minimum of 4+ years of electromechanical maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting and repair experience with industrial equipment
• Experience with conveyors, motors, hydraulics, pumps, PLCs, and industrial controls
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints
• Experience troubleshooting multiple voltage systems including 480VAC, 240VAC, 120VAC, and 24VDC
• Strong hands-on electrical and mechanical aptitude
• Military technical experience highly desired


Requirements
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems including conveyors, bearings, belts, and framework
• Use fabrication tools such as welders, torches, and plasma cutters
• Troubleshoot electrical systems using multimeters, megameters, and related tools
• Work with electrical panels, motors, sensors, valves, cylinders, and control systems
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits
• Review and troubleshoot PLC programs using Allen Bradley and Siemens platforms
• Perform basic PLC programming changes when needed
• Troubleshoot and maintain ABB robots and controllers
• Update robot calibrations, backups, and programming adjustments
• Support and maintain vision systems including Cognex, Keyence, Sherlock, ABB, and Sick
• Maintain and adjust laser engraving systems


Nice-to-Have Skills, Experience, and Education
• Technical military experience
• Journeyman certification
• Experience with robotics, automation, and industrial vision systems
