Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering, health physics, materials science, physics, chemistry, computer science, or equivalent experience
• 2–5 years of experience in a related technical field
• Leadership or management experience in projects, programs, or functional areas
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English (written and verbal)
• Ability to analyze technical data and assess risk
• Ability to act as a subject matter expert in at least one technical area
• Military experience such as Reactor Operator, Engineering Watch Supervisor, or propulsion plant watch supervisor highly valued
