Key Responsibilities:

• Plan shift production across multiple lines and manage site performance.
• Remove bottlenecks through root cause analysis and practical corrective actions.
• Review weekly results with senior leaders and lead daily manager huddles.
• Implement continuous improvement projects and train teams on process changes.
• Coach reconditioning leads and managers; maintain operating and safety standards.

Must-Have Skills, Experience, & Education:

• 8+ years of management experience in automotive, lean manufacturing, or equivalent military leadership.
• Experience leading 50+ associates and developing employees.
• Strong communication skills and experience resolving urgent operational problems.
• Valid unrestricted driver's license and clean driving history for the past three years.
• Ability to work variable schedules in a physically active shop environment, walk up to three miles daily, and lift 60 pounds independently.
