Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional maintenance or related technical experience
• Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Electrical maintenance experience
• Robotic and/or PLC programming experience
• Ability to read and create blueprints
• Ability to build, install, and troubleshoot electrical panels, enclosures, and equipment
• Ability to troubleshoot manufacturing equipment and tooling
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Excellent time-management skills
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Associate's degree in a related technical field
• Experience assembling automatic and manually operated machining fixtures and tooling
• Experience with robotic troubleshooting
• Experience with fabrication, machining, or tooling
• Experience developing process documentation and equipment maintenance systems
• Experience supporting quality systems for new products and processes
• Military technical experience in electrical, electronics, mechanical maintenance, power generation, utilities, aviation maintenance, or related technical specialties
