Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate engineering, purchasing, fabrication, construction, and subcontractor activities.
• Track project schedules, budgets, labor, materials, and procurement.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and project documentation.
• Participate in jobsite meetings and support field coordination.
• Help resolve installation and operational challenges.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and project partners.

Must-Have Skills, Experience, and Education:

• B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with a desire to learn and grow.

Location:

• Central Valley (Bakersfield to Fresno)
  

Compensation:

• $100 - $120k salary
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Regional travel to project sites as needed
