Process Technician I 

Monitors and maintains a variety of production processes and equipment of moderate complexity to ensure efficient and high-quality output. Troubleshoots technical issues and implements process improvements. 

Job Responsibilities   

1. Sets up, operates, and monitors production equipment and processes to maximize productivity. 

1. Performs audits and ensures adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. 

1. Performs root cause analysis and troubleshooting on equipment and processes. 

1. Adjusts machine settings and process parameters as needed. 

1. Records production data and maintains accurate logs. 

1. Collaborates with team members to optimize production efficiency. 

1. Identifies and reports any issues or deviations in the production process. 

1. Assists in implementing process improvements and new technologies and machinery. 

Job Skills Requirements   

• Basic knowledge of assigned production processes and equipment. 

• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and work instructions. 

• Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation. 

• Attention to detail and quality focus. 

• Good communication and teamwork skills  

Educational Requirements   

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience.
