What You'll Do:

• Develop, recommend, and implement measures to improve plant safety, equipment performance, and product quality with regards to equipment functionality
• Follow maintenance methods that improve equipment uptime and reliability
• Work with other shifts to ensure proper pass down and pick up on work and repairs to finish in timely manner
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance functions to ensure equipment uptime and reliability
• Perform preventive maintenance activities to repair and maintain production equipment
• Identify potential failure modes and suggests solutions

What We're Looking For:

• A proactive problem-solver who can think ahead and prevent issues before they impact production
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for precision—because at ATEK, quality is everything
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have good mechanical aptitude
• Must be self-motivated and able to work without detailed work instructions
• Strong root cause analysis
