Software Technical Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Software Technical Expert based in Plano, TX or Atlanta, GA in a hybrid model (3 days onsite / 2 days remote). The ideal candidate has 7+ years of software engineering experience and at least 2+ years in a hands‑on technical leadership role (such as tech lead or lead engineer). They have practical experience with agent‑based or multi‑agent systems and are familiar with AI/LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph or similar tools. They have a track record of leading sprint planning and technical design, turning architecture decisions into detailed, sprint‑ready user stories, and implementing platform components, including agents, knowledge repositories, APIs, and inter‑layer communication. We are especially interested in candidates who have acted as a technical bridge between architects and engineering teams, ensuring consistent engineering practices across orchestration, context/memory, and tool integrations, while managing backlogs, dependencies, and risks for complex platform deliveries.
