We are currently seeking experienced Tech TA Partners and Senior Tech TA Partners to join one of our leading technology clients based in Sunnyvale, California.

This opportunity will see you supporting cutting-edge teams across AI, machine learning, engineering, autonomy, and commercial functions while partnering closely with hiring leaders in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You'll Be Hiring For

You'll own full lifecycle recruitment across highly specialized areas, including:

Machine Learning Infrastructure
Full Stack Engineering
Backend Engineering
Integrated Engineering
Autonomy & Autonomous Systems
Commercial Functions

You'll act as a trusted talent advisor to the business, bringing market insights, strategic thinking, and exceptional recruiting expertise to every search.

What You'll Do

Lead full lifecycle recruitment from intake through offer stage
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to develop hiring strategies
Source, attract, and engage top technical talent
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience
Provide talent market insights and recruitment recommendations
Influence hiring decisions through data, market knowledge, and talent intelligence
Drive multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For

Tech TA Partner

5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
Strong experience recruiting technical talent within engineering, software, AI, or emerging technology environments
Proven sourcing expertise and ability to engage passive talent
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience supporting high-volume and complex technical hiring
Understanding of AI talent markets and technical skill sets

Senior Tech TA Partner

In addition to the above:

Significant experience leading complex technical hiring initiatives
Strong consultative and talent advisory capabilities
Ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
Expertise in talent mapping, workforce planning, and market intelligence
Experience hiring niche technical talent in highly competitive markets

What's On Offer

✅ $125,000 - $185,000 depending on experience and level

✅ Hybrid working model (3-4 days onsite in Sunnyvale)

✅ Fixed-term contract starting 27th July
