We are currently partnering with a prestigious global investment firm to appoint a Recruiting Operations Lead.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an operations-focused professional who is passionate about process improvement, governance, compliance, data integrity, and driving operational excellence within Talent Acquisition.
The successful individual will play a key role in improving recruitment processes, enhancing candidate experience, strengthening controls, and ensuring recruiting data is accurate and compliant within a fast-paced global environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment Operations
- Lead and optimise recruiting operations processes.
- Drive consistency, efficiency, and operational excellence across Talent Acquisition.
- Identify process gaps and implement sustainable improvements.
- Support a positive and seamless candidate experience.
Governance & Compliance
- Establish and maintain effective controls across recruitment activities.
- Promote a culture of compliance and process adherence.
- Ensure recruitment activities align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with key stakeholders to minimise operational risk.
Data & Reporting
- Champion data accuracy and integrity across recruiting systems.
- Use reporting and analytics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-led insights.
- Ensure recruitment records and reporting remain accurate and reliable.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, HR, and business leaders.
- Influence stakeholders and drive adoption of best practices.
- Support recruitment teams in operating efficiently while maintaining high standards.
Vendor & Team Management
- Support management of agency relationships and supplier governance.
- Oversee recruitment operational activities and workflows.
- Mentor and support team members where appropriate.

Highly Desirable
- Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, or other regulated industry experience.
- Experience in governance, compliance, audit, risk, or operational controls.
- Exposure to recruitment systems and talent acquisition processes.
