We're looking for a detail-driven Recruiting Operations Analyst to join our team supporting a leading US investment bank with a global presence. Working closely with the Recruiting Operations Lead, you'll keep the engine room of Talent Acquisition running smoothly, making sure every requisition, offer and contract is accurate, compliant and delivered on time.
- Managing core recruitment operations tasks, including requisition approvals, offer checks and approvals, contract checks, and issuing contracts via DocuSign
- Maintaining consistency, efficiency and high standards across Talent Acquisition through careful attention to detail
- Partnering professionally with stakeholders across Operations, HR Business Partners, the business and the wider recruitment team
- Working with the Recruiting Operations Lead on projects to improve and streamline policy and process, in line with the wider APAC recruitment team and client requirements
- 2–3 years' experience in an operations role
- A strong sense of compliance and respect for internal guidelines and policies
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, collaborative approach
- Experience in financial services or recruitment is required
