- 5–10 years recruiting in financial services
- Front Office hiring experience (Global Markets, S&T, Capital Markets, or IB)
- Experience partnering with MDs, Business Heads, or Desk Heads — even if not yet operating at Lead/Director level yourself
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presence
