Role Overview

The Temporary Administration Officer provides comprehensive administrative, executive support, and event coordination services to senior leadership and stakeholders across multiple regions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, including event management and logistics coordination.
  • Provide administrative support by coordinating schedules, organizing complex stakeholder meetings and events, and researching and arranging travel and logistical requirements.
  • Prepare and generate materials for routine and special engagements, including briefing documents, meeting agendas, logistics notes, presentations, and reports.
  • Take accurate meeting notes and assist with project management activities as required.
  • Support communication and coordination with stakeholders across multiple countries and regions.

Experience

  • 4 years of experience providing executive support services and event planning for senior leaders.
  • Proven experience collaborating with and supporting stakeholders across multiple countries.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly express ideas, request actions, and develop plans or policies.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage activities effectively in a complex, multi-geography environment.
  • Ability to manage and analyze data and provide meaningful insights to managers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office technologies.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional discretion and sound judgement when handling confidential information.
