What You’ll Do

Lead Technical Implementations

  • Own end-to-end technical implementations from kickoff to go-live
  • Gather requirements and translate business workflows into scalable technical solutions
  • Lead integrations (ATS, CRM, SSO, APIs) and data migrations
  • Drive execution across Engineering, Product, and external stakeholders

Build & Configure Solutions

  • Write scripts and backend logic to support workflow automation and data transformation
  • Design and support API-based integrations (REST and SOAP)
  • Configure systems and develop custom solutions for customer-specific needs
  • Partner closely with full-stack engineers to deliver enhancements

Debug & Optimize

  • Troubleshoot integration and production issues using logs and system tracing
  • Identify root causes and ensure reliable, scalable performance in live environments

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the technical bridge between Customers, Product, and Engineering
  • Partner with Product to prioritize customer-driven enhancements
  • Surface recurring integration challenges to inform roadmap decisions
  • Contribute to implementation frameworks, tooling, and best practices
  • Track implementation progress using tools such as Salesforce and Jira
  • Support pre-sales technical evaluations and contribute to SOW scoping

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured technical solutions
  • Customer-facing experience with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and confidently
  • 1–2+ years of hands-on coding or scripting experience
  • Experience working closely with full-stack engineering teams in a SaaS environment
  • Strong understanding of APIs (REST and/or SOAP), system architecture, integrations, and data flows
  • Proven ability to debug and troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution
  • Comfortable operating in an AI-driven environment and leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and execution

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Background in Talent Acquisition or HR Tech
  • Experience working with AI-powered SaaS products
  • Familiarity with data processing pipelines and API-first architectures
  • Experience participating in enterprise security or compliance reviews
