As a Sr. Enterprise Account  Manager-Post Sales, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. We are looking for someone who can excel in the following areas:

Customer Engagement and Success Metrics:
  • Provide exceptional support to assigned customer accounts, ensuring they achieve their desired success metrics and ROI.
  • Foster proactive and consistent client engagement, building strong relationships with customers.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to secure account health and customer success
Renewal Management:
  • Take the lead in managing the renewal process for existing accounts, identifying and addressing potential obstacles to ensure smooth and timely renewals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and strategize renewal plans.
  • Upsell new product to existing customers to drive revenue growth

Customer Lifecycle Management:
  • Track and document important customer lifecycle details, including opportunities and post-sales information, within hireEZ's company CRM (SFDC).
  • Keep a close eye on key customer milestones, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and continuous user training throughout the lifecycle.
Cross functional Collaboration
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, customer enablement, and product development, to drive customer success and growth initiatives
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 4+ years of experience in a post-sale account manager or customer success role in the SaaS industry with renewal ownership experience.
  • Strong customer engagement and client relationship-building skills to cultivate relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in customer success practices, customer onboarding and enablement process , renewal negotiations, user experience, virtual user training, and customer ticket management.
  • Data analytics and reporting skill to translate business priorities and opportunities for the client with leveraging hireEZ & the right solution to maximize ROI   
  • Capable of organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities effectively 
  • Familiarity but not limited to using Jira, Gong, and Salesforce and their applications for customer success management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in staffing agency with account management experience is highly desirable
  • background in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR Tech space.
  • Bachelor's degree
