Registered Nurse - Miami, Florida

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in Miami, Florida. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring positive patient outcomes. Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and responses to treatments.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection-control policies and procedures.
  • Respond to emergency situations and provide immediate medical assistance.
  • Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care services.
  • Adhere to all ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.
  • Provide emotional support to patients and their families.


Qualifications:

  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
