Overview

We’re looking for an AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy machine learning and AI-powered solutions that drive business impact. This role focuses on model development, productionization, and scalable AI systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models
  • Build and deploy AI pipelines and production-grade ML systems
  • Work with large datasets to extract insights and improve model performance
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to deliver AI features
  • Monitor model performance, retrain models, and ensure reliability in production
  • Implement best practices for MLOps, versioning, and experimentation
  • Stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and tools

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
  • Solid understanding of machine learning, statistics, and data structures
  • Experience deploying models using APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), or Docker
  • Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Airflow, CI/CD, model monitoring)
  • Experience with SQL, data pipelines, and large-scale datasets
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LLMs, NLP, or computer vision
  • Knowledge of vector databases, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering
  • Prior experience in startup or fast-paced environments
