Technical Program Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex technical projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Manage project dependencies, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively implement mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among engineering, product, and other relevant teams.
  • Track project progress, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to established program management methodologies and best practices.
  • Manage and mentor junior project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of program management tools and templates.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects.
  • Strong technical background with experience in technical implementation.
  • Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
