About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer on efforts and craft best-in-class user experiences across web and native applications. You'll play a pivotal role in a highly collaborative, cross-functional team, navigating the complexity of the product landscape while advocating for user needs and business goals.
In this role, you'll not only design intuitive, accessible, and delightful experiences but also lead the design work within your team. You'll guide stakeholders, contribute to the product vision, and help shape the overall user experience strategy for this initiative.
You should be comfortable owning large-scale design efforts, presenting your thinking clearly, iterating with feedback, and working closely with product managers, researchers, and engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute product design work across the full design lifecycle — from discovery and research to high-fidelity designs and developer handoff
- Navigate complex product environments and bring clarity to ambiguous design problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Research) to align on product strategy and design direction
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and detailed visual designs in Figma
- Advocate for user needs through research-backed decision-making and continuous feedback loops
- Ensure accessibility, legibility, and usability are integral to your designs
- Present and defend your work with stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating as needed
- Champion design systems, patterns, and scalable Ul standards across the team
- Mentor peers and contribute to a culture of design excellence and collaboration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design across complex B2B products or enterprise applications
- Experience leading design workstreams and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable presenting design work, facilitating discussions, and aligning stakeholders
- Strong understanding of UX principles, systems thinking, and responsive design
- Experience designing for analytics-heavy or data-driven platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in Agile and remote-first environments
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency with Figma (including libraries, auto layout, prototyping)
- Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and atomic design principles
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with collaboration tools like Slack, Miro, and Jira
Bonus:
Working knowledge of native mobile design patterns, HTML/CSS basics, or tools like FigJam, Principle, Adobe CC, or Framer
