We're hiring a Project Engineer who’s hungry to learn, eager to lead, and ready to help us deliver top-notch commercial projects across the state.

What You’ll Do
As a Project Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in supporting our project teams from pre-construction to punch list. You’ll work side-by-side with Superintendents and Project Managers to keep our jobs running smoothly, efficiently, and profitably—while upholding Ratcliff’s high standards for safety and quality.
You will:
✅ Assist with planning, scheduling, and document control
✅ Track submittals, RFIs, and material procurement
✅ Help manage subcontractors, vendors, and milestone coordination
✅ Monitor project progress and assist with quality control
✅ Attend and schedule project meetings
✅ Prepare reports, maintain logs, and support punch list execution
✅ Communicate with owners, architects, and field staff to keep everyone aligned
