  • Advance a strong point of view backed up by personal expertise, design rationale, user research data, and industry trends
  • Conceptualize a broad spectrum of ideas and then narrow them based on experimentation and user research
  • Use business requirements, market research, and customer feedback to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements.
  • Develop and nurture relationships across teams and disciplines to promote collaboration and efficiency
  • Partnering with product managers and engineering on product and feature launches and own the implementation of your work.

Requirements

  • An online portfolio or samples of work on a resume, demonstrating experience creating great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions and patterns.
  • 3+ years of professional experience as a UX designer or interaction designer.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to present to and influence other designers, product managers, and senior executive management.
  • Ability to define and drive your roadmap and requirements to reach your goals, with input from managers and other leaders.
  • Expertise in standard UX software such as Figma and the like is a must. Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
  • The salary ranges from $100,000 to $140,000 plus equity for this position. Considering parity with current product design team members, current market statistics, and applicable experience, knowledge, and skills presented during the interview will determine where your salary will fall within that range.
