The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Responsibilities:
Design, architect, engineer and develop framework to improve applications quality.
- Determine approach to implement Automated testing strategy and responsible for executing that strategy across Helios project.
- Work side by side with other engineering leaders to implement test automation in functional and foundational group within Helios.
- Ensure integration of CI/CD pipeline to drive product quality.
- Ability to communicate clearly and manage senior stakeholders.
- Server as Automaton SME and help in building robust automated test.
- Implement performance testing, scalability and security testing practices and methodologies.
- Identify the opportunity for automation, then design, develop, and implement the automated process.
- Provide Best in Class Production Availability, Resiliency and Predictability to the business by designing solutions that are fault tolerant, scalable, reliable and building always-on systems for high availability.
- Consult with users, clients, and other technology groups on issues, and recommend solutions, install, and support customer exposure systems
- Serve as advisor or coach to new or lower level analysts
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications
- Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
- Working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$107,120.00 - $160,680.00
