What You'll Do as a Registered Behavioral Therapist (ABA Therapist):
- Work one-on-one with children in home, school, and community settings.
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) designed by a BCBA.
- Use evidence-based ABA techniques to build communication, social, and life skills.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure the best outcomes for each child.
- Receive paid training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
What We Look for in a Candidate:
- Valid RBT (Registered Behavioral Technician) Certificate.
- Passionate about helping children reach their full potential.
- Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities (preferred, but not required).
- ABA experience or willingness to become trained in applied behavior analysis (we provide support).
- Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to commit to consistent scheduling and client needs.
- Reliable transportation for in-home sessions.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Range: $23.00 - $27.00 an hour.
- Competitive pay based on experience and availability.

Standard Work Hours:
- Part Time positions available and can lead into Full - Time!
- Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM – 6:30 PM, (hours varies based on client needs).
Service Locations:
- Primary service areas: Edmond/OKC/Moore/Midwest City
- Travel required within the assigned region for in-home services.
