What You’ll Do
- Conduct functional and skills-based assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs/Behavior Technicians
- Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Provide parent training and support
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure ethical, high-quality clinical care
- Complete documentation and progress reports for funding sources

Requirements
- Active BCBA certification
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Oklahoma (or ability to obtain)
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Child Development, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience supervising home-based ABA programs
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments (FBA)
- Strong report writing and data analysis skills
- Passion for helping others learn and grow
Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time)
- $85,000 – $95,000 annually (dependent on experience, credentials, and availability)
- 25 billable hours per week expectation

Schedule
- Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Occasional Saturdays (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) as needed
- Services provided in-home, in-school, and in-community
- Travel between client locations required
- Reliable transportation required (mileage reimbursement provided, $.25 Mileage)
