What You’ll Do
  • Provide ABA services in a variety of settings (public schools, private preschools, homes, community)
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and other clinical assessments
  • Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
  • Provide supervision to RBTs and direct parent training
  • Maintain strong clinical documentation and data-driven decision-making

Requirements
  • Reliable transportation & valid ID
  • BCBA Certification
  • Ability to engage in active work (standing, bending, lifting, movement throughout sessions)
  • Passion for helping others learn and grow
Compensation & Benefits (Full-Time)
  • $85,000–$105,000 starting salary (based on experience, credentials, and availability).

Remote Flexibility:While this role prioritizes in-person collaboration and client support, select responsibilities such may be completed remotely when appropriate.
Schedule
  • School-based services: Monday–Friday, daytime hours
  • Home/community sessions: after school hours
  • Some flexibility during training
